At BluSkyze, we work hard to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and in perfect condition.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping within Canada on all orders.

  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Delays & Carrier Issues

  • While we work with trusted carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bluskyze.ca and we’ll work to resolve it.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If your package is lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if eligible.
