Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping within Canada on all orders.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work with trusted carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bluskyze.ca and we’ll work to resolve it.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if eligible.
