At BluSkyze, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Free Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns within Canada.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@bluskyze.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
